Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we recommend initiating the cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order. After this 24-hour window, we begin processing your order, and it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Get in touch with our customer support team via email or phone and provide them with your order details, including the order number and reason for cancellation.

  2. Cancellation Confirmation: Our team will process your cancellation request and confirm the cancellation by email. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team again to ensure the cancellation is processed.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the specified timeframe, we will initiate a refund. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions to Cancellation

While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, there may be certain situations in which cancellation is not possible:

  1. Already Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return once you receive the package, following our Return Policy.

  2. Customized or Made-to-Order Items: Orders for custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, as they are specially crafted according to your specifications.
